When you send an enquiry — through the contact form, the residence finder, or a WhatsApp or phone link — we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the project you are interested in and your message. We also record the page the enquiry came from and, if you arrived through a referral link or a campaign, its source.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, in which language, from which country. This information is aggregated and does not identify you. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.
If you arrive through a partner's referral link, a first-party cookie remembers that referral for 90 days so the right partner is credited if you later enquire. It contains no personal information.
To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, and send you the floor plans, prices or availability you asked for. That is the only purpose. We do not send newsletters you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your enquiry is seen by our sales team. If an independent partner agent is better placed to help you, we pass them your enquiry so they can contact you — that is how our sales process works.
The website runs on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (Render). Analytics, when you allow it, is processed by Google. Both act as processors under our instructions.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up the conversation if you return. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to info@godmmanagement.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
